These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Advanced Bowling Tournaments (advancedbowlingtournaments.com) operated by SearchyCo LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Advanced Bowling Tournaments, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Account Registration

You may create an account using Google, Apple, or email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.

3. Platform Use

ABT provides tools for tournament directors to create and manage bowling tournaments, and for bowlers to discover, register for, and follow tournaments. You agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws.

You may not:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
• Scrape, crawl, or collect data from the platform by automated means without our written consent
• Post false or misleading tournament information

4. Tournament Director Responsibilities

If you use ABT as a tournament director, you are responsible for the accuracy of your tournament information, including dates, locations, fees, rules, and payout structures. You are responsible for managing your event and any disputes with bowlers. ABT is a platform — we do not organize, sanction, or guarantee any tournament.

5. Bowler Responsibilities

If you register for a tournament, you agree to provide accurate information (name, average, USBC ID where applicable) and to comply with the tournament's rules as set by the director. Payment for entry fees is arranged between you and the director as described in the tournament details.

6. Payments

ABT does not process tournament entry fee payments. Payment is arranged directly between bowlers and tournament directors using the methods specified by the director (e.g., Venmo, Zelle, cash). We are not responsible for any payment disputes.

7. Intellectual Property

The platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by SearchyCo LLC. You retain ownership of the content you provide (tournament details, scores, profile information). By posting content on ABT, you grant us a license to display it on the platform and in related communications (e.g., email notifications, scoreboards).

8. Disclaimers

ABT is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for the conduct of tournament directors, bowlers, or any third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SearchyCo LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or use the platform in a way that could harm other users or the platform. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
